Don't have an EMT license?
Sign Up for one of our EMT courses at Bay Area Training Academy (BATA).

5-Week and 8-Week EMT academies in Alameda and Santa Clara County.
​
Upon completing the EMT course and earning state licensure, BATA graduates are eligible to apply for employment with Westmed Ambulance Service. Qualified applicants will be invited to interview for current openings across various service areas.
​
Newly hired EMTs can expect starting wages between $25 and $30 per hour, based on shift type, schedule, and assignment availability.
