Please fill out the form below for all employment verification inquiries and our Director of Administration will contact you within 48 hours of the form submission. All verifications must be done by Director of Administration, any verifications done by other administrative staff is deemed invalid.

 

Information that we can disclose include: 

• Employee Name

• Date of Hire

• Date of Departure from the company

• Confidential information regarding performance

• Class-protected information. This includes the employee’s health, disability, religion, sexual orientation and marital status.

• Financial information, unless the employee has written consent for release of information and it is necessary
